amazing staff and views, we liked our stay in the hotel. room had lots of facilities, including a private safe, an electronic key card and multi-channel tv.

All in all, it was chilled-out base for travelling to Puerto de la Cruz. Enjoyed watching the sea from the window. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. On-site restaurant Mirage was a bonus, had dinner there...
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
